Buckley, Mitchell recognized as 2007 Volunteers of the Year

Joe Buckley and Don Mitchell are this year's volunteers of the year for the Tiffin Park and Recreation Dept.  Buckley, a Jr. Home member, has been maintaining a memorial across the street from Junior Home Park since it was erected in 1985.
