REV. JIM BENTLEY - TIFFIN AND LEXINGTON HOMEKID

The Rev. Jim Bentley, 80, died Wednesday March 19 at the Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Cincinnati.

He was a pastor for more than 32 years with a pastorate at Immanuel Church of the Nazarene in Highland Heights. He was a Blue Cross/Blue Shield representative for more than 20 years and a World War II Army veteran.

Survivors include his wife, Ruth White Bentley; daughter, Gwynneth Stephens; sons, Timothy A. and Stephen R. Bentley; brother, Sterling Bentley; half sisters, Ina Rae Lee, Dorsey Hayner and Sue Joseph; six grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be 10 a.m.-1 p.m. Monday March 24 with service following at Immanuel Church of the Nazarene, Highland Heights. Burial with Honor Guard service will be in St. Stephen Cemetery, Fort Thomas. Connley Brothers Funeral Home, Latonia, is handling arrangements.
